When Acrobat 9 launched, it had many new features differentiating it from the previous versions. The problem for Adobe was letting customers know about the new benefits in a short, logical manner—plus, figuring out which software version they previously owned. From these findings, we created a site that would change content based on which software version the user picked. Simple, easy-to-navigate, dynamic, and well designed, this site continues to be the go-to when customers want to find out why they should upgrade.
